Paul Tjiam began his career at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in 2009. In 2014, he joined Simmons & Simmons LLP, where he became a partner in 2019. After nearly 17 years practising law at leading firms in Amsterdam, he founded Tjiam Litigation, a boutique firm dedicated exclusively to litigation.
Paul specialises in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in prejudgment evidence seizures.
He has extensive courtroom experience and has acted in cases resulting in more than 100 published judgments, including several high-profile matters.
Paul is recommended by Chambers and Legal 500.
